Now Hiring: Concierge / Security Officer (Full-Time)
Location: West Palm Beach, Florida

Alpha 3 Security Services is seeking a polished, customer-focused Concierge / Security Officer to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This role combines front-desk concierge responsibilities with security duties, making it ideal for someone who is both professional and attentive.
POSITION DETAILS:
- IMMEDIATE OPENING
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 2:00p - 10:00p
- Pay: $15 - $17 per hour DOE
- Holidays are paid time-and-a-half
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet residents, guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage front desk operations , including sign-ins and visitor logs
- Monitor cameras and property access points
- Perform walking/vehicular patrols throughout the duration of your shift
- Maintain a secure and welcoming environment
- Respond to incidents and report any suspicious activity
- Provide directions assistance and general concierge support
REQUIREMENTS
- MUST be at least eighteen years old
- MUST have reliable transportation
- MUST possess a valid driver's license
- MUST be a U.S. Citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States
- Florida security license (Class D) or willingness to obtain one
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multi-task and stay alert throughout the shift
