Job Description

Job DescriptionAbout the Role:We are seeking a motivated, organized, and professional Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) to manage the day-to-day operations of an established condominium community in Miami Lakes.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent communication and organizational skills who can effectively work with the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and the management company to ensure the community operates efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the condominium community.
  • Serve as the primary on-site representative for residents, vendors, and contractors.
  • Work closely with the Management Company and Board of Directors to implement Board directives and community goals.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
  • Obtain and review vendor proposals and assist with contract administration.
  • Supervise and support on-site employees and vendors.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure the community is maintained to a high standard.
  • Respond promptly to homeowner and resident concerns.
  • Assist with rule enforcement and compliance with the Association's governing documents.
  • Attend Board meetings and prepare management reports as needed.
  • Coordinate emergency situations and follow through until resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the management office.

Requirements:

  • Active Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) License (Required).
  • Previous condominium or HOA management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance, and community projects.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); property management software experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Board and management team.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
