Job Title: Maintenance Technician

1st & 2nd shift Available

Pay: $32 - 42 Depending on Experience

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician troubleshoots, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on automated machinery, including CNC equipment, saws and conveyors. This role also supports facility maintenance, assists with new equipment implementation, and contributes to seasonal grounds care and general production support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, fluid, and hydraulic systems on automated machinery such as CNC machines, saws, conveyors.
  • Developing, implementing and troubleshooting PLC's and Robotic controlled automation systemsAssist in the implementation of new machinery, including production line setup, plumbing, wiring, and operator training.
  • Perform facility maintenance tasks, including upkeep and repair of steel siding and roofs, overhead doors, loading docks, bathrooms, offices, and lighting.
  • Repair and maintain lawn mowers, skid loaders, and other heavy equipment used in and around the facility.
  • Assist with welding and fabricating custom parts and machinery to support production and maintenance needs.
  • Support production areas when needed by assisting with operations to maintain workflow and meet production schedules.

Essential Skills

  • Proven machine maintenance experience working with automated or industrial equipment.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Practical knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Sauk Centre, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
