About the Job
As a rapidly growing firm, Realty ONE Group Next Level has a surplus of new licensees and agents to help feed your team. We handle training of all new agents through our REV UP! program, which will educate them on the ins and outs of everyday business. From there, you will have full autonomy to select, build, and manage your team as you see fit, with flexible compensation package options designed to fit teams of every shape and size. You will also have direct access to the leaders of ROG Next Level, who have over 20 years of experience building and managing one of the top teams in New Hampshire. The ideal Team Leader is a proven producer who is ready to lead, coach, and build something bigger than their own individual production.
As a Team Leader, you will be expected to:
- Mentor new agents on your team
- Manage your team members
- Collaborate with the managing broker to facilitate growth and maintain compliance
