The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of equipment and facilities. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting repairs to maintain a safe and functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems
- Conduct repairs and replacements as needed to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on completed work
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Assist in the setup and installation of new equipment
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
