About the Role:
Mikon Services and Consultants LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Pass and ID Technician to join our team in Brandywine, MD. This is a critical role supporting secure access and identity management operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities:
- Issue, process, and manage identification cards, badges, and access credentials
- Verify personal identity documentation and conduct background checks in accordance with security protocols
- Operate and maintain ID card production systems and access control databases
- Assist personnel with enrollment, updates, and renewals of passes and credentials
- Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations, policies, and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all issued and revoked credentials
- Coordinate with security personnel and supervisors to resolve access-related issues
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Pass and ID, badging, or access control role preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required
- Familiarity with RAPIDS, DEERS, or similar identity management systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications a plus
