We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician / Facility Porter to help keep a residential facility clean, safe, and operating efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, takes initiative, and enjoys practical work involving cleaning, upkeep, and minor repairs.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support the daily appearance, safety, and functionality of the facility by:
Keep hallways, entrances, elevators, bathrooms, and shared spaces clean and presentable.
Complete daily trash removal and maintain garbage and recycling areas.
Perform minor repairs, touch-up painting, and other basic maintenance tasks.
Respond to maintenance requests and report building concerns to management.
Organize and maintain janitorial closets, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
Assist with snow removal and ice treatment around entrances and walkways during winter weather.
Conduct routine building inspections to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Follow all company safety procedures and proper cleaning protocols.
Complete assigned duties accurately and in a timely manner.

Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following is a plus, but not required:
Building maintenance.
Janitorial or housekeeping services.
Painting, basic plumbing, carpentry, or light repairs.
Residential, hospitality, healthcare, commercial, or shelter facility experience.
OSHA certification
Physical Requirements
This is an active position requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing stairs, and moving supplies throughout the shift. Candidates must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
