Your background

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
5+ years in project engineering, including 2+ years leading or supervising engineers.
Deep grasp of project management frameworks and best practices.
Proven team leadership and people-development skills.
Fluency with engineering software and project management tools.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced setting; comfortable steering multiple concurrent projects.
Sharp problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.
