As a Security Officer Visitor Access Control in Greenville, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will help manage access control, monitor entry activity, and support security-related protocols with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and monitoring entry and exit activity at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site policies.
- Monitor visitor, contractor, and employee access, assist with sign-in and badge processes, and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, and key access points, noting unusual activity and/or conditions.
- Support Allied Universal and site leadership with detailed documentation, communication, and follow-up related to access control events, deliveries, and/or facility entry requests.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
