  • Review and approve or support the approval of change orders in alignment with project requirements and budgets.
  • Coordinate logistics and vendor communication to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, and schedule tracking using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Interpret shop drawings and support construction sequencing to ensure work is completed in the correct order.
  • Support project coordination across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) disciplines and HVAC systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve overall project efficiency.
  • Support project managers and field teams with technical documentation, reporting, and project correspondence.
  • Apply a strong understanding of construction processes, including steel work, heavy equipment, and general sequencing.
  • Support large data-center projects by coordinating with major mechanical subcontractors and other trade partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve construction methods and offsite manufacturing processes.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and issues.
  • Maintain organized project records, including schedules, financial reports, RFIs, submittals, and change documentation.
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and process improvement within the project team.

Essential Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in construction or manufacturing environments.
  • Two or more years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction.
  • Proficiency with Navisworks for model review and coordination.
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam for document review and markup.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for tracking costs, schedules, and project data.
  • Experience using scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, including steel work, heavy equipment, and general construction sequencing.
  • Experience with purchasing coordination and material logistics in a construction or manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with mechanical systems, including HVAC systems, in commercial or industrial projects.
  • Experience working with or supporting major mechanical subcontractors on commercial construction projects.
  • Experience with financial oversight on projects, including budgeting, estimating, approving change orders, and cost tracking.
  • Experience in project coordination for commercial construction, including mechanical and electrical scopes.
  • Ability to interpret shop drawings and understand construction sequencing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
