We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Integration Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating our engineering solutions with our clients' systems and processes. You will work closely with our project teams and clients to ensure seamless integration and successful implementation of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to understand client requirements and develop integration strategies
- Design and implement integration solutions that meet client needs and align with industry standards
- Conduct system analysis and troubleshoot integration issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and procedures
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of integrated systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in integration technologies
- Communicate with clients to understand their feedback and incorporate it into future integration solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of integration projects
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to provide technical expertise on integration solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer integration or a related field
- Strong understanding of integration technologies and protocols such as REST, SOAP, and XML
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Knowledge of database management and SQL
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in the engineering industry is a plus
