MUST HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND VALID DRIVER"S LICENSE
Upkeep of all properties
•
Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.
•
Assist in setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
•
Ensures that maintenance equipment is operational by performing routine and preventative maintenance and cleaning of tools
•
Performs painting work either for repair or preparation for moves-ins (sheetrock & mudding)
•
Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
•
Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
•
Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.)
•
Willingness to be on call
•
Some overtime may be required
•
Complete all other duties as required
