Job DescriptionMAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN$35–$40/hr | DAY SHIFT
If you’re a skilled maintenance tech who knows how to keep equipment running and fix problems fast, this is a strong opportunity. Work in a clean, climate‑controlled facility where you focus on machines — not building maintenance.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical systems (up to 480V)
- Handle mechanical repairs — motors, conveyors, moving parts
- Do welding and light fabrication as needed
- Work on pneumatics systems — air lines, valves, components
- Respond to breakdowns and keep production moving
- Track and document maintenance work
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong electrical troubleshooting (480V)
- Solid mechanical repair skills
- Welding experience
- Experience with pneumatics
- Able to work independently and solve problems
