Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
\n
Microsoft Entra ID Administration
\n
- \n
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Entra ID tenants, users, groups, and administrative roles.
- Configure and support authentication methods including MFA, Passwordless Authentication, FIDO2, and Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR).
- Implement and manage Conditional Access policies.
- Administer Identity Governance features including Access Reviews, Entitlement Management, and Lifecycle Workflows.
- Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for SaaS and enterprise applications.
- Support B2B and B2C identity collaboration scenarios.

Azure Identity & Security
\n

- Manage Azure AD Connect, Cloud Sync, and hybrid identity infrastructure.
- Monitor and troubleshoot identity synchronization issues between on-premises Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Implement Zero Trust security principles for identity access controls.
- Support Azure RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and resource access governance.
- Administer Managed Identities and service principals.

Privileged Access Management (PAM)
\n

- Administer and support Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Manage Just-In-Time (JIT) access and privileged role activation processes.

Security & Compliance
\n

- Monitor identity-related security alerts and incidents.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and access certification campaigns.
- Generate IAM and PAM operational reports.

Operations & Support
\n
- \n
- Provide L2/L3 support for identity and access management issues.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, federation, and SSO issues.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles.
