MUSE Staffing Solutions is recruiting an experienced Telecommunications/Low-Voltage Project Manager on behalf of a confidential client. The selected professional will lead telecommunications, structured-cabling, low-voltage, and related infrastructure projects from planning through completion. The position requires coordination among clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, project stakeholders, and company leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage telecommunications and low-voltage projects from kickoff through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, priorities, and delivery plans
  • Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and equipment
  • Communicate with clients, project stakeholders, and company leadership
  • Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
  • Monitor project performance, cost, schedule, quality, and risk
  • Coordinate procurement and material requirements
  • Identify changes in scope and support change-order documentation
  • Lead project meetings and provide timely status updates
  • Maintain required project documentation and reporting
  • Support safety, quality, and contractual requirements
  • Resolve issues that could affect project performance or client satisfaction
  • Support project turnover, closeout, and final documentation

Candidate Qualifications

  • Project-management experience in telecommunications, structured cabling, low voltage, network infrastructure, data centers, construction, or a closely related technical environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing technical projects, field teams, vendors, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets
  • Ability to read and interpret technical scopes, plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills
  • Strong organizational, documentation, problem-solving, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or priorities
  • Ability to travel to project locations as required
  • Proficiency with common project-management and business software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Data-center or mission-critical infrastructure experience
  • Experience managing larger or technically complex projects
  • RCDD certification
  • Active progress toward completing the RCDD
  • Relevant telecommunications, construction, safety, or project-management certifications
  • Experience with project financials, forecasting, change orders, and project controls

Compensation

Base salary range: $100,000–$150,000 annually

The final base salary will depend on the selected candidate's skill set and overall qualifications, including:

  • Years of relevant project-management experience
  • Telecommunications and low-voltage expertise
  • Size, value, and complexity of previously managed projects
  • Data-center and mission-critical experience
  • Technical knowledge
  • Leadership and client-facing responsibilities
  • Financial and project-controls experience
  • Professional credentials and certifications
  • RCDD certification or progress toward completing the RCDD

The posted range represents the anticipated good-faith compensation range for candidates with different levels of relevant experience and qualifications.

Vehicle & Telephone Package

Depending on the final employment arrangement, the selected candidate may receive either a company vehicle and company telephone, or an automobile allowance of approximately $800 per month and a telephone allowance of approximately $70 per month. The final vehicle and telephone arrangement will be confirmed during the offer process.

Hybrid Flexibility

Hybrid-work eligibility may begin after the initial 90-day period. Remote-work flexibility will depend on project schedules, client and site requirements, office meetings, performance, and operational needs. This is not a fully remote position.

Professional Development

RCDD certification is preferred but is not required for every candidate. Candidates actively pursuing the credential may receive additional consideration. Compensation may be reviewed following successful completion of the RCDD, subject to company policy, job responsibilities, performance, and the final employment agreement.
