Position Overview
The Commercial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems across our commercial property portfolio. This role requires strong technical ability, responsiveness, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
- Respond to tenant service requests promptly and professionally
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Complete and track work orders using company-provided smartphone/computer applications
- Maintain a clean, professional work environment at all properties
Qualifications
- Class A experience (required)
- Proven commercial building maintenance experience (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps and basic computer systems
- Customer-service oriented with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and eager to continue learning
