Pay: $28 - $34/hr DOE + Shift Differential
Night Shift
We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to support high-tech solar panel manufacturing company in Mesa, AZ. This role performs troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on automated production equipment to keep manufacturing lines running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and document completed work.
- Support production lines by responding to equipment issues and minimizing downtime.
- Maintain and repair robotics, conveyors, PLC-controlled equipment, laminators, testers, and other machinery.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and improvements.
- Follow safety procedures, including LOTO and EHS requirements.
- Work with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to improve equipment reliability.
