We are currently seeking a Rental Property Maintenance to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, make ready of properties and other required tasks.
Potential Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
- Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
- Install appliances and equipment
- Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)
- Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
- Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues
- Refinish Hard Wood Flooring
- Paint, Texture, and Trim work
- Install Windows
- Tile work
- Hardwood flooring
- Roofing
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Repair and replace brick
- Masonry
- Skills
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Painting, Flooring installation, Tile, Plumbing, and Electrical
- Willing to work in a TEAM environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Valid Drivers License
- Operational Vehicle
- Good work ethic
