What You'll Do
- Lead all maintenance operations for the apartment community
- Supervise, coach, and support the maintenance team
- Oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and other building components
- Maintain community buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Coordinate outside vendors and contractors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
- Participate in the rotating emergency on-call schedule
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of apartment maintenance supervisor experience required
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
