We are currently looking for full time maintenance technicians to work in Manatee County.
We have work currently available for unit remodels, apartment turnovers, and service calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant residential units.
- Plumbing - repair leaks, resolve clogs, fixture replacements, water heater repair/replacement
- Electrical - repair/replace electrical outlets and switches, light fixture and ceiling fan replacement, breaker resets
- Drywall repairs and painting
Applicants must have valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check.
Applicant must have knowledge and experience with basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Applicant should be hardworking, self motivated and detail-oriented. Pay will be based off of skill set and work ethic. PTO is available per company guidelines.
