I'm partnering with a confidential, nationally recognized workplace interiors and design firm that's transforming how organizations work through innovative, people-centered workplace design.

They're looking for a Senior Project Designer in Austin, TX to lead the design vision for commercial workplace projects from concept through completion.
\n
What they're looking for:
\n
• 10+ years of interior design experience, including 5+ years focused on workplace interiors
\n
• Experience leading programming, space planning, material selection, furniture specification, construction documents, and client presentations
\n
• Strong proficiency in Revit (additional experience with Enscape, Lumion, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
\n
• Licensed Interior Designer or Architect (or able to obtain licensure within 18 months)
\n
• Passion for mentoring junior designers, collaborating with clients, and creating spaces that elevate workplace culture and business performance
