Madden Industrial Craftsmen has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Porter/Groundskeepers/Maintenance Technician(s) to join our maintenance team at a prominent property management organization. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility grounds, spas and pools.

Conduct residential painting and general cleaning tasks as needed

Landscaping work: mow, edge, trim, rake leaves, shovel snow, etc.

Assist with facilities management including cleaning, organizing, and ensuring operational safety

Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly
Requirements

Proven experience in facilities maintenance and grounds keeping

Ability to perform pressure washing, and painting tasks when required

Strong communication skills in English for effective teamwork and reporting

Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
-
Prior customer service experience is beneficial for addressing internal or external client needs
$17-18/hour
