Objective
We are seeking a motivated, safety-conscious, and hands-on Tower Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and upgrade wireless communication systems across the Hawaiian Islands.
Duties
- Troubleshoot antenna and communication line issues, and perform equipment upkeep such as rust removal and painting.
- Install fiber optic or coax cables, mount antennas and monopoles, and assist with tower erection.
- Conduct equipment testing and line sweeping under the direction of the field supervisor.
- Perform climbing and rappelling tasks, provide labor for material transport, and ensure job sites are cleared of debris.
- Manage material shipping, document project progress through photography for closeouts.
- Execute additional duties as assigned by the supervisor on duty.
Training and Qualifications

- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to climb/rappel towers and rappel off buildings
- Ability to travel interisland from Monday to Friday on an as-needed basis (travel may be for the day or require overnight stays ranging from 1–4 days; per-diem provided)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read, comprehend, and execute tasks and instructions

Position
Full-time Monday – Friday (weekend work may be needed)
Starting Pay $26.00 Hour
