Job DescriptionStep into a day on our properties
It’s 8:00 AM in Edmond, OK. You start by reviewing work orders for apartment homes and nearby commercial suites. A quick HVAC diagnostic gets an office back to a comfortable temperature. By mid-morning, you’re repairing a leaky valve, touching up paint in a common area, and planning preventative maintenance to catch issues before they interrupt tenants’ days. In the afternoon, you might patch drywall, replace flooring transitions, or troubleshoot an electrical concern—wrapping up by 5:00 PM after updating management and residents on completed work.

Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $15–$23 per hour (Based on Experience)
- Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
What you’ll tackle
- Maintain and improve apartment and commercial properties through hands-on repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Complete interior/exterior painting projects to a professional finish
- Install and repair drywall, flooring, doors, fixtures, and related building components
- Respond to tenant work orders and occasional emergencies with urgency and care
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep buildings safe, efficient, and operational
- Inspect properties to spot small problems before they become big ones
- Organize and care for tools, equipment, and parts inventory
- Follow safety policies, procedures, and company standards at all times
- Communicate clearly with property managers and tenants about status and needs
What you bring
- Background in apartment, commercial, facilities, or general property maintenance
- Practical knowledge across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, flooring, and general repairs
- HVAC or other trade certifications are a plus, not required
- Ability to independently diagnose issues and complete quality repairs
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
- Comfort with physical work: lifting, carrying, ladder use, and related tasks
- Reliable transportation to Edmond, OK
- Valid driver’s license preferred
