Maintenance Technician – Full-Time (Hamilton Township, NJ)
A property management organization is seeking a dependable full-time Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in the Hamilton Township area.
Responsibilities:
- General plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Snow removal during winter months
- Light carpentry and general handyman work
- Routine maintenance and unit turnover support
- Participation in an emergency on-call rotation
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Must have own tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- HVAC and appliance repair experience is a plus
