SUMMARY

This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys working independently, solving technical problems, and driving continuous improvement across equipment and facility operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
- Respond to equipment issues quickly to minimize production downtime.
- Coordinate repairs, installations, and maintenance projects with outside vendors when needed.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure critical maintenance supplies are available.
- Keep maintenance records, work orders, and documentation accurate and up to date.
- Support equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and capital projects.
- Ensure maintenance activities meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Organize technical manuals, schematics, and electronic maintenance files.
- Work cross-functionally to improve equipment reliability and overall plant performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical training in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or a related trade.
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and SharePoint.
- Ability to manage maintenance records, reports, spare parts inventory, and project tracking.
- Comfortable working independently with strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
