A JR golf course groundskeeper maintains the turf, landscaping, and hazards to ensure optimal playability of the golf course. Duties include (but not limited to) mowing (greens, tees, fairways, and roughs), raking and maintaining sand bunkers, and setting hole locations. Other duties include weed-eating, watering, seeding/sodding, tree trimming, and more. This role is predominately outdoors- so employees must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions. Must have a flexible schedule (must be able to work on the weekends). The ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly is a must. A JR groundskeeper needs no experience, just the desire to learn and perform to the expectation provided.
