Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial & Facilities Assistant to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine cleaning, maintaining facility appearance, and supporting basic facility operations to ensure a safe and efficient workplace for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Maintain restrooms by replenishing supplies and ensuring cleanliness
- Monitor and report maintenance issues to appropriate personnel
- Support setup and breakdown of meeting rooms or event spaces as needed/ attend safety meetings
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks around the facility
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct routine facility and safety inspections
- Coordinate vendor access and oversee contracted services
- Onsite Safety Liaison
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
