IT Support Technician
Location: On-Site - Midway, TN
Duration: Permanent
About the Role
We're looking for an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, helping end users, and working with a variety of technologies including Windows systems, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, and production-floor technology.
What You'll Do
· Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and user access issues
· Troubleshoot Windows laptops and desktops
· Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, and Excel
· Configure and support mobile devices (iOS & Android)
· Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, barcode scanners, and barcode printers
· Assist with Active Directory user account administration
· Deploy and image workstations and devices
· Support connectivity issues involving IoT devices, PLCs, and related production technology
· Track IT assets and maintain accurate documentation
· Create knowledge base articles and document resolutions

· Manufacturing environment experience

· IT asset management and inventory tracking

Ideal Background
· Associate degree in Information Technology or related field OR equivalent practical experience
· 1–2+ years of IT Support, Help Desk, or Service Desk experience
· Experience supporting office users in a professional environment
