About the Role
Ultra Clean Solutions is growing, and we're hiring reliable, detail-driven people to join our evening cleaning crew in Lawrence, MA.
As a Commercial Cleaner, you'll keep our client's facility clean, sanitary, and presentable by handling a routine set of nightly cleaning duties. We're looking for people who take ownership of their work, are comfortable operating with minimal supervision, and understand that the small details are what set great cleaning apart from average cleaning.
Whether you need a reliable part-time paycheck or you're hoping to grow into a long-term role, Ultra Clean Solutions will train you and back you up along the way.
What You'll Do
• Clean and disinfect offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and shared spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust your assigned areas
• Empty trash bins and swap out liners
• Sanitize frequently touched surfaces (door handles, switches, counters, etc.)
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies
• Keep cleaning equipment in good working order and flag supply shortages to your supervisor
• Follow company cleaning protocols and safety practices
• Finish assigned duties fully and on time each shift
• Flag any maintenance or safety issues you notice to management
What We're Looking For
• Commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
• Comfortable working solo and staying on top of your assigned tasks
• A sharp eye for detail and pride in doing quality work
• Your own reliable way to get to and from the job site
• Solid attendance record and punctuality
• Physically able to lift, bend, reach, and stay on your feet for the shift
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to pass a criminal background check
• Some client sites may require a drug screening or additional site-specific requirements
