We pride ourselves on strong operations, fast response times, and maintaining high standards across our portfolio.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Maintenance Inspection Technician to perform detailed property inspections across our portfolio. This role is critical in identifying maintenance issues early, ensuring lease compliance, and protecting property condition and value.This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in maintenance with the ability to document findings clearly using photos and notes.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interior and exterior inspections of occupied and vacant units
- Inspect plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and overall condition
- Document findings in AppFolio using detailed notes and photos
- Identify maintenance issues, safety concerns, and deferred repairs
- Identify and document lease violations professionally and accurately
- Communicate findings with Maintenance Dispatcher and Property Managers
- Prioritize and complete inspections efficiently
Qualifications
- Maintenance experience required (residential preferred)
- Strong knowledge of building systems and common repairs
- Familiar with Fair Housing laws and proper documentation practices
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently in the field
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Clean criminal background
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Reliable transportation
