Career Strategies is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant for a community in Lexington, KY (40517)!
Schedule:
- Up to 29 hours per week (Part Time)
- Saturday availability is required
We're looking for someone with previous leasing experience, strong customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced property management environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Leasing apartments
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Resident and vendor relations
- Filing and administrative support
- Providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment leasing experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
