ABDM is looking for a proactive Maintenance Technician to support the operational integrity and functionality of large shipping and distribution warehouses. In this vital role, you’ll perform preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, ensure equipment and systems run efficiently, and uphold the highest standards of safety and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and building-related issues
- Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Follow OSHA and safety protocols (PPE required)
- Maintain maintenance logs and complete work orders
- Support inventory of tools and spare parts
- Work closely with the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and vendors
Qualifications:
- 3+ years maintenance experience (Required)
- Industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Conveyor experience preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Able to lift, bend, stand, and work in warehouse environments
