Position Overview
The Property Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance operations of a residential property. This role leads the onsite maintenance team, manages work orders, apartment turns, preventive maintenance, vendor relationships, and building systems to ensure the property is safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently.\n

Responsibilities Of The Property Maintenance Supervisor

- Supervise and support the on-site Maintenance team.
- Oversee work orders, apartment turns, and preventive maintenance.
- The Property Maintenance Supervisor will manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
- Coordinate vendors, inventory, and purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain property appearance.

Required Experience/Skills For The Property Maintenance Supervisor

- 5+ years of property maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience using property management or work order software.

Preferred Experience/Skills For The Property Maintenance Supervisor

- EPA/HVAC certification.
- Experience in multifamily residential property maintenance.

Education Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
