Cleaners will work within small teams to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across a variety of settings, including commercial properties, residential spaces, new constructions, and during move-in/move-out deep cleanings. They follow regular daytime shifts and utilize standard cleaning supplies provided to complete surface cleaning, waste disposal, floor maintenance, and sanitizing tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform surface cleaning and waste disposal in commercial and residential environments
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, and other floor care activities
- Sanitize areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Use standard cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks, including move-in/move-out and new-construction cleanings
- Collaborate effectively within small teams to meet cleaning schedules
- Adhere to regular daytime shift patterns
Lead Responsibilities:
- Operate a personal vehicle to and from properties.
- Check inventory and make sure the team is equipped for the work day.
- Give inventory report at the end of work day.
- Open communication with clients.
- Before and after walkthrough during every cleaning if client is onsite.
- Direct and manage team to ensure our quality cleanings meet our standard consistently.
- Collect payment if needed, with confirmation by client and the supervising manager.
- Liable to open communication with supervisor for customer satisfaction, team management, interruptions in work flow that would delay cleanings.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver License
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques
- Understanding of sanitation and hygiene practices
- Strong time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Ability to work well within a team
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable Transportation
- LEADS MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION to and from office to properties
(Compensation for gas is provided)
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of relevant cleaning experience
