Job Description
-Strong hands-on and troubleshooting experience on Cisco ACI| SDA Fabric| Palo Alto Firewalls| Wireless (must have skill)

-Strong hands-on Routing (Cisco OSPF| BGP) and Switching (Cisco Nexus| and Stack switches)|
\n
-Experience in investigating and troubleshooting Wireless (Cisco WLC) issues
\n
-Strong hands-on skills in deploying and managing Palo Alto Firewalls and adding/removing from Panaroma.
\n

\n Roles & Responsibilitie
\n
s-Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer
\n
.-Responsible for investigating causes| tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network related tickets
\n
.-Manage new and existing equipment| hardware| and network device software upgrades
\n
.-Understanding Network support priorities and objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing them
\n
.-Help level 1 & level 2 resources to address the Network related issues
\n
.-Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required
\n
.-Excellent analytical| interpersonal| and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner
\n
.-Resourceful| with the ability to work independently
\n
.-Strong time management skills and attention to detail
\n
.- Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
