Position Summary
Overnight restaurant cleaning, part-time and full-time opportunities available. The cleaning staff is responsible for performing deep cleaning and maintaining assigned areas within a restaurant. Duties may vary, so flexibility and willingness to perform assigned tasks are required. Seeking long-term employees looking to grow with a growing company!
Work Schedule
Must be available to work between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM
(Schedule may vary within this time range)
Work Location
- Restaurants located in Raleigh, Cary, and Durham areas
Training Provided
- We offer on-the-job training. Internal supervisors will train employees on all cleaning procedures and the proper use of cleaning products.
Essential Duties
This position will include kitchen cleaning, front-of-house cleaning, or both.
Kitchen Cleaning
- Clean and de-grime kitchen equipment
- Rinse and sanitize floors and surfaces
- Wash walls, shelves, and handles
- Polish metal surfaces
- Perform any other tasks necessary to maintain an “A” health inspection rating
Front-of-House Cleaning
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Empty trash and dispose of it in designated areas
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, and scrub floors
- Dust light fixtures, windowsills, and all horizontal surfaces
- Clean and polish metal fixtures and shiny surfaces
General Responsibilities
- Follow all safety standards and company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Job duties may be modified at any time
Growth opportunities
Wage increases are available based on quality of work and tenure, with eligibility reviewed starting at your 90-day mark. Team members who perform well and stay with the company have opportunities to grow into a team lead role, and eventually into a supervisor role.
Requirements
- Commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Restaurant experience is a plus
Position Type
- Full-time and part-time positions available
Starting Pay
- $15.50 per hour with raise opportunities after first 3 months based on performance and potential for growth into team lead and supervisor positions
