Commercial Property Manager
Denver Metro & Front Range, CO
We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties. If you’re organized, relationship-driven, and skilled in property operations, this is a great opportunity to grow with a respected company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee operations, financials, and tenant relations across multiple commercial properties
- Budgeting & Reporting: Develop operating budgets, prepare CAM reconciliations, and deliver financial reports
- Lease Administration: Manage commercial, retail, and industrial leases including renewals and compliance
- Tenant & Owner Relations: Serve as the primary contact for tenants and property owners, fostering strong partnerships
- Vendor & CapEx Oversight: Manage service contracts, vendors, and lead capital improvement projects
- Maintenance & Inspections: Conduct property inspections, coordinate preventative maintenance, and respond to emergencies
- Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve property performance and maximize owner returns
- Emergency Response: Available for after-hours calls and urgent issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3+ years of commercial property management experience
- Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and CAM reconciliation experience
- Commercial lease administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Skyline experience preferred
- Active real estate license or ability to obtain one within 3–6 months
- Reliable vehicle required; emergency availability necessary
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, CPM/RPA designation, knowledge of building systems
