Job Summary
\n
Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst – Insurance to support business operations through data-driven insights. In this role, you will analyze insurance data, identify trends, and develop reports that support underwriting, claims, risk management, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze insurance-related datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor claims, policies, and business performance.
- Identify trends and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and risk management.
- Collaborate with business, finance, underwriting, and IT teams to support data-driven decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Experience working with insurance, claims, or policy-related data is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of insurance analytics, claims reporting, and risk analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience working with SQL databases and reporting tools.
- Any certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate are a plus.
