Responsibilities:
- Monitor and secure premises by patrolling assigned areas regularly.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Enforce company policies and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on incidents and daily activities.
- Assist in the training of new security personnel as needed.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with staff and visitors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a security guard or similar role.
- Valid security guard license in Louisiana.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
