We are seeking a skilled and motivated AV Techs/Security Installers to join a dynamic team in Williamsburg, VA. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing and maintaining audio-visual systems and security equipment, ensuring that commercial clients receive top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual systems, including projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing equipment.
Install and service security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and provide recommendations to clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV and security systems.
Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
Provide training and support to clients on the use of installed systems.
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.

Qualifications

Proven experience in AV and security system installation and maintenance.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of AV equipment and security technologies.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, NICET) are a plus.
