Commercial Property Manager (Medical Offices Preferred)
Full-time Los Angeles & Beverly Hills, CA
We’re seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee commercial properties, primarily offices, medical offices, retails and Mixed use properties.
Responsibilities include tenant relations, lease preparation, vendor and maintenance oversight, inspections, management reporting, and ensuring compliance with building regulations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in COMMERCIAL property management
- Familiar with AppFolio, Yardi, MS Suite, Excel Word.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience preparing leases and management reports
- Knowledge of building systems and vendor coordination
