Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Lead engineering activities for new product development and design improvements.
- Develop and modify 3D models and engineering drawings using CREO.
- Perform bolted joint calculations to validate fastener selection, joint performance, and structural integrity.
- Support prototype builds, mock-up evaluations, and engineering validation activities.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and testing teams throughout the product development cycle.
- Support PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation and production readiness.
- Participate in design reviews and resolve engineering issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure designs meet quality, performance, safety, and manufacturability requirements.
- Manage engineering changes and support production launch activities.

Required Skills
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with CREO for 3D modeling and engineering drawings.
- Strong knowledge of Bolted Joint Calculations.
- Experience supporting prototype builds and mock-up evaluations.
- Knowledge of PPAP and product launch processes.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Motorcycle, Automotive, Powersports, Heavy Equipment, or Manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of GD&T, DFM/DFA, and engineering change management.
- Experience working with suppliers and manufacturing teams during product development.
