Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Complete resident service requests efficiently and professionally
- Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Complete preventive maintenance and property inspections
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs safely
- Maintain the appearance of common areas and grounds as needed
- Work closely with the property management team to provide excellent resident service
- Participate in an on-call rotation if required by the property
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- EPA Certification preferred
- HVAC experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have your own basic hand tools
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required
