Position Overview
Hawque Protection Group (HPG) is seeking a Security Operations Supervisor to support operations across multiple client sites in the Tampa area.
This is a field-based leadership role responsible for overseeing unarmed security personnel, ensuring site coverage, maintaining service quality, and supporting client needs.
This position is part of HPG’s Florida market expansion, with a projected start timeline within the next 3–4 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise unarmed security personnel across multiple sites
- Ensure all shifts are covered and respond to call-offs or coverage gaps
- Conduct site visits and audits to ensure post order compliance
- Review daily reports and incident documentation for accuracy
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff
- Serve as a point of contact for client needs and site concerns
- Support compliance with Florida licensing and company standards
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of security, supervisory, or related experience
- Active Florida Class “D” Security License or ability to obtain prior to start
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Compensation
- $50,000 – $60,000 annually
(Equivalent to approximately $22–$26/hour)
Work Environment
Field-based role with travel between client sites. Schedule may include evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities based on operational needs.
