Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (No Weekends)
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Position Summary
Gilland Ford is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dealership Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout our dealership. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well independently, and understands that cleanliness contributes to an outstanding customer experience.
Essential Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain showroom floors.
- Clean offices, break rooms, customer lounge, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms.
- Empty trash and recycling containers.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust throughout the dealership.
- Clean windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces.
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Maintain a neat and organized work environment.
- Follow safety procedures while using cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, kneel, sweep, mop, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the workday.
