Their primary responsibility will be to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment to maximize production uptime while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations. - Split Shift – must be able to work Midnight and Day Shift schedule
- Competitive hourly rate ranging between $27-$31/hr. depending on experience

What your day will look like:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
- Diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
- Complete equipment inspections and preventative maintenance according to schedule.
- Install, repair, and replace machine components as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate repair status with production teams.
- Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.
- Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, or automated production equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals is preferred.
