Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Aftermarket Spares Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team. This onsite role will involve a combination of technical ability, analysis, and business acumen to drive the growth of our company through existing partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess motivation, self-starter, technical knowledge, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support business and customer goals. The role will consist of preparing proposals, processing of purchase orders, and coordinating shipment. Additionally, identification of the correct replacement part(s) and/or solution, compose all costs and analyze/prepare a final proposal.
Key Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and/or prints.
- Consistent communication with status updates and prompt responses for customer inquiries.
- Execute sales process from quotation to shipment while working with other teams as required.
- Serve as the bridge between the customer and other functional areas to satisfy customer requests.
- Ability to balance existing and new inquiries.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite.
- Ensure objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage risks and proactively resolve any challenges that arise during the process.
- Desire to exceed expectations.
Other Attributes:
- Hydraulic, Mechanical or Electrical experience on complex machines, a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and consistently follow up, a must.
