The Role
\n
The Property Supervisor focuses on field execution and is responsible for labor efficiency, quality control, site inspections, safety, and overall client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

- \n
- Supervise recurring maintenance services for multifamily, shopping centers, retail chains, office buildings, industrial and government properties and facilities.
- Perform QC inspections
- Meet with clients
- Estimate enhancement work to improve property aesthetics and asset value
- Enforce SOPs and safety standards
- Dispute resolution

Compensation & Incentives
\n
Training Bonus: $3,000 Training Bonus, payable after 90 days of employment

Salary, Incentives and Benefits
\n

- Hourly range: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour (DOE)
- Incentives: Quarterly and Annual incentives totaling 20% of annual base salary
- Company vehicle, fuel card and maintenance
- Benefits: HMO, Dental, Vision, Term Life Insurance; 401k; Vacation and Sick time
