Custodian - Janitor
We are hiring a dependable Custodian / Janitor to maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in our manufacturing facility. This role supports daily operations by ensuring all areas meet our cleanliness standards and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize manufacturing floors, offices, breakrooms and restrooms
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain all industrial, office and warehouse floors
- Remove trash, debris, and spills; handle recycling and approved industrial waste
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuums
- Restock janitorial, sanitation, and paper supplies
- Follow OSHA, safety, and facility cleanliness procedures
- Report safety hazards, spills, or maintenance concerns
Qualifications:
- Custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Ability to follow safety procedures and use PPE
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be at least 18 years old
1st Shift - Flexible starting and ending time - 8 Hour Days Mon Thru Fri
40 Hour Work Week
